From bath to style, every cut is shaped around your pet’s coat, face and temperament. One guest at a time — no rushing, ever.
SERVICES
服務項目 Our Services
狗狗、貓咪和兔兔都歡迎。每項服務開始前，美容師都會先摸毛、看皮膚，和你聊清楚想要的樣子。
Dogs, cats and rabbits are all welcome. Before we start, our groomer checks the coat and skin and talks through exactly the look you want.
基礎洗護
Bath & Tidy
洗澡、吹乾、梳理開結，修剪指甲，清潔耳道，擠肛門腺，修剪腳底毛與衛生區。
Bath, blow-dry, brush-out, nail trim, ear cleaning, anal glands, paw pads and sanitary trim.
手工精剪造型
Hand-Scissored Styling
全身剪刀修剪，泰迪、比熊、博美等常見造型，也可以帶參考圖來訂製。
Full scissor work for poodles, bichons, Pomeranians and more — bring a reference photo for a custom look.
去內毛服務
Undercoat Removal
針對雙層毛的毛孩子，梳除已脫落、堆積的內毛，減少家中掉毛，讓皮膚透氣，換毛季特別適合。
For double-coated pets: we brush out loose, packed undercoat to cut down shedding at home and let the skin breathe — ideal in shedding season.
貓咪洗護
Cat Grooming
獨立時段接待貓咪，安靜環境、輕手操作，降低緊迫。可選去浮毛、剃毛。
Dedicated cat-only slots in a quiet room with gentle handling. De-shedding and shave-downs available.
護理 SPA
Coat Care Spa
兩種護理可選：納米微氣泡浴，以及草本養生皮膚修復護理，可與洗護或精剪搭配。
Choose a Nano Micro-Bubble Bath or a Herbal Skin Relief Treatment, added to any bath or styling session.

By Appointment Only
全程預約制，同一時段只服務一位毛孩子，不用在籠子裡排隊等待。
Appointment only, one pet per slot — no waiting in a cage.

用具消毒
Sanitised Tools
毛巾、梳具、剪具每隻用後清潔消毒，美容台和浴缸隨用隨清。
Towels, brushes and shears are cleaned and sanitised after every pet.

透明操作
Open Grooming Area
美容區開放可見，家長可在外觀看，也可以先去忙，結束時通知你。
Our grooming area is in full view — watch from outside, or head off and we’ll message you when they’re ready.

不舒服就停
Comfort Comes First
毛孩子緊張或抗拒時先安撫、休息，不強行保定，必要時和家長商量分次完成。
If they’re stressed, we pause and soothe — never force. We can split it into shorter visits.

到店溝通
Consultation 檢查毛髮與皮膚狀況，確認造型、長度和注意事項，再報具體價格。 We check coat and skin, agree on style and length, then confirm the price. -
第三步 · Step 3
洗護與精剪
Bath & Styling 美容師全程一對一操作，過程中有任何狀況會第一時間告訴你。 One groomer, start to finish. We’ll let you know right away if anything comes up. -
第四步 · Step 4
接回家
Pick-Up 交接時說明本次護理情況，給出日常梳毛和下次美容的建議。 We walk you through today’s groom and share tips for brushing and your next visit.
